If you are interested in being introduced to this exclusive Animal Friends Insurance policy, please contact your local practice. The practice will confirm certain details with you and will seek your consent to share your information with Animal Friends Insurance. Following receipt of your details, Animal Friends Insurance will contact you by email and/or text message to allow you to proceed with a no obligation quote.
They’re two different ways to look after your Horse’s health.

- Horse insurance is designed to help with the cost of unexpected veterinary treatment, such as accidents, illnesses and emergencies.

- A health plan (like the Equine Health Plan) covers your horse’s routine, preventative care, including things like vaccinations, flea and worm treatment, and annual dental treatment.

Used together, they can give your pet a combination of regular care and assistance for the unexpected.
The 20% discount on the exclusive Animal Friends® Insurance policy is available to Equine Health Plan members for your horses covered by your Equine Health Plan(s) when you:

- purchase the insurance policy through the link provided by Animal Friends Insurance following an introduction from your vet practice; and

- each year you renew this insurance policy provided (i) you have an active membership at the time of renewal and (ii) the equine insurance policy is still available through Animal Friends Insurance.
If you are not an Equine Health Plan member, you won’t be eligible for the 20% discount, but as an IVC customer you will receive your first month’s insurance premium for free when you purchase the exclusive Animal Friends® Equine Insurance Policy for your registered horse.
