EHP Offer Terms & Conditions
These T&Cs apply to the EHP one-month free offer (“offer”) The offer is only available to clients registered at an Inspiring Vet Care practice whose horse has had their second flu and/or tetanus vaccination at one of our participating practices.
The offer is only available at participating IVC vet practices that offer the Equine Health Plan. Not all IVC vet Practices will participate in the offer. Please ask in clinic for details.
The offer is only available to you at the IVC vet practice at which your horse is registered.
For those who are not currently an IVC client, the offer can be redeemed by registering your horse with one of the participating practices and booking your horse’s vaccination appointment before 8th June 2026.
This offer only applies to horses over the age of 1 year old, who are healthy. Vet will perform physical examination and discuss horses’ health with you. If for any reason vet considers it is not clinically appropriate to vaccinate at the time of the appointment, they will advise you of this and the offer will not apply.
The offer entitles eligible clients to one free month when they sign up to our Equine Health Plan (standard monthly value £19.99), this is subject to a 12 month rolling contract.
Clients must sign up to the Equine Health Plan within 30 days of their second vaccination date and no later 31st July 2026.
The free month will be applied once the second vaccination appointment has been completed and paid for in full.
Following the free month, the Equine Health Plan will automatically continue at the standard monthly rate of £19.99 for a 12 month rolling contract unless cancelled in accordance with the plan’s standard cancellation terms.
This offer is only available to new Equine Health Plan clients who are not already signed up to the plan at the time of their second vaccination booking.
Only one free month can be claimed per client, regardless of the number of animals registered.
This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
Clients may cancel their Equine Health Plan at any time after the free month, in line with the plan’s standard terms. No refunds will be issued for partially used months.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. By participating in this offer, clients agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the standard terms of the Equine Health Plan.
Other important information
1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or staff discounts.
2. The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Any attempt to sell or transfer the offer will make it void.
4. We may withdraw or amend the offer and these terms at any time, with reasonable notice, or without notice if required by law or due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. We accept no liability for losses resulting from cancellation or withdrawal of the offer, provided we comply with these terms.
6. If any one or more of these terms are found to be invalid or unenforceable, they will be removed, and the remaining terms will remain in full effect.
7. If you live in England or Wales, these terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you may choose to bring proceedings in either Scottish or English courts.
8. All services are provided in accordance with the IVC Terms of Sale for Veterinary Services available on the participating veterinary practice’s website.
9. We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy available on the participating veterinary practice’s website.
